Responsibilities
1. Combine business operation logic to complete business goal measurement, customer pool operation, performance management, etc. 2. Conduct business analysis and problem diagnosis for the business, discover potential opportunities, and collaborate with the business and middle office teams to form strategies and promote strategy implementation 3. Based on an in-depth understanding of the business, provide analytical support and implementation guidance for solving actual business pain points in segmented industries/markets 4. Continue to conduct market research and input external perspectives for the business 5. Support the data construction required for business and strategy analysis.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or above working experience, 3 years or above team management experience 2. Good project management coordination ability, rich cross-team and department project resource integration ability 3. Understand the market and industry trends, and understand the platform operation business model 4. Strong data acumen, good at discovering problems behind the data and providing solutions 5. Willing to accept challenges and changes, entrepreneurial spirit, adapt to the company's rapid development, simple and open work style.
