What you'll do

. Assess new technology, tool, and infrastructure with which to evolve existing highly used functionalities and services in the cloud.

. Responsibility to ensure high quality (create and execute test cases, reviews of specifications, design reviews, code reviews).

. Modeling, design, implementation and test based on SAP's programming model and processes.

. Be proactive and work effectively in an agile environment across locations (Germany, Vancouver, and Shanghai)

. Design solutions to complex problems and requirements in collaboration with others in a cross-functional team.

. Develop planning features in SAP Analytics Cloud with high quality and extensible solution

What you bring

. You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

. Experience with computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and complexity analysis.

. Ability to quickly acquire a thorough understanding in new technological areas.

. Excellent development skills in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript or Java.

. (Nice to have) Experience with cloud platforms and technologies - AWS, Microsoft Azure, cloud foundry, k8s etc.

. (Nice to have) Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL and a track record of producing high quality and testable code.

. Good communication skills

. Fluency both written and spoken in English.
