Senior Customer Service Officer

Core Pacific - Yamaichi Group is an expanding and leading financial services group which serves clients in both Hong Kong and the Greater China. Apart from offering financial services & wealth management services, it also provides asset management services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client onboarding review, KYC and AML checks
• Ensure client data and account documentation are accurately and timely updated, reviewed, documented and complied with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Perform client due diligence and prepare information required for CRS and FATCA reporting
• Work closely with front office regarding client information collection
• Prepare excel reports for management review
• Participate in ad hoc projects and perform UAT when required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
• Holder of SFC license RA 1 and RA 2 is preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in account opening or customer service within brokerage, financial services or banking industries
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• A good team player with excellent collaborative skills in working across multiple departments
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Cantonese is a must
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Officer position
