Job Description

• Aligning with the Fleet Operations Team Lead on fleet management strategies

• Continuously assessing and optimizing Operations processes, procedures and tools

• Identifying improvement opportunities for better and more efficient fleet operations and suggesting solutions

• Owning Rider Support procedures, including aligning with a remote support team and directly communicating with couriers when necessary

• Being available to provide support to any project within the Operations team including but not limited to fleet performance and compliance, fleet support, equipment management, etc

• Coordinate bug reports and change requests which include fleet-facing and internal-facing app products

• Communicating with the local and regional teams in order to facilitate the roll-out of new strategies and procedures

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant working experience in the field of operations and/or customer service

• Possess a positive, self-driven and team-oriented attitude and is always eager to learn new things

• Enjoy communicating with people from different backgrounds

• Creative thinker, independent and driver of progress

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English and Cantonese

• Solid knowledge of MS Office & Google Suites
