About the role

In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies, foster strong tenant relationships, and identify revenue opportunities to ensure exceptional experiences for both tenants and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic leasing plans, ensuring actionable strategies for venue hire, trade-mix, and tenant acquisition
• Manage relationships with anchor F&B tenants, fostering positive business relationships and driving quality tenant offerings
• Lead the leasing team in handling leasing matters and developing a strong relationship management mindset
• Handle tenant complaints and resolve conflicts, ensuring excellent customer service standards
• Identify and maximize revenue potential through premises optimization, including alteration and additions works and tenant mix revamp
• Collaborate with Facilities Management and Operations departments to achieve excellent lifestyle offerings and customer service
• Drive revenue growth, implement credit control initiatives, and achieve revenue targets for the leasing portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Building Services, Real Estate, Asset Management, or relevant disciplines
• 10+ years' experience in shopping mall/retail properties leasing and marketing, with 5 years at a supervisory level
• Experience in venue hire and event business is an advantage
• Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the commercial leasing market in Hong Kong
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong team leadership abilities, creativity, and independence
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
