To cope with the growth of the business, we would invite high caliber candidates to join our group for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• To provide legal advice on real estate related matters;
• To handle the documentation and process for presale and sale of developments eg LACO consent, Cap 621 compliance, etc;
• To advise, handle and provide support on personal data privacy compliance related activities; 
• To provide legal support for all other businesses of the Group. 

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with a minimum 10 years relevant working experience (private practice and/or in-house legal counsel); 
• Familiar with the Conveyancing and Property Ordinance, Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance, the procedures to obtain LACO consent to Deed of Mutual Covenant, pre-sale consent, consent to assign and acceptability of title deeds and documents, etc.;
• Knowledge of privacy data law, GDPR and PIPL;
• Good communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese; 
• A self-motivated team-player with the ability to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.
