Responsibilities:
Strategy planning & campaign management
- Strategically plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition as well as existing customer retention in strategic manner
- Develop and implement effective and always-on online campaigns (paid and non-paid) to build brand, product awareness and drive segment marketing
- Work closely with other marcom teams and business owners for campaign development and brand awareness
- Leverage market insights, customer data and agile test and learn approach to drive continuous campaign optimization/improvement
- Manage owned and paid media channels to drive multi-touch point customer to drive sales
Social Media
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive traffic and conversion, build brand and engage with customers
- Manage social media crisis; planning, content generation of social media such as Facebook / Instagram / WeChat..etc.
- Work closely with media agencies to maximize efficiency
Performance evaluation & optimization
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points by utilizing different analytic tools
- Leverage on internal analytics to understand customer behavior to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Measure and maximize on overall campaign performance and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital, business or related fields
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytic skills, sensitive to numbers including web analytics and user behavior.
- Hands on experience in managing data and familiar with Google Analytics
- Strong knowledge of performance/ digital marketing (SEM, Display, Social etc.) and funnel-base direct marketing practice expected
- Strong campaign planning and project management skills, with good attention to details
- Proactive with strong business mindset
- Proven results/ ROI in executing digital marketing campaigns
- Target driven, self-motivated, with strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
- Visionary, proactive, aggressive with good leadership and execution capabilities
- Experience in leading a team is a must
- Self-motivated with good knowledge on new technology, platform and solution
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for effective communication with all levels of staff
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Manager, Digital Marketing
