Senior / Manager - Network New Service & VAS Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team on VAS Solutions & New Services for Mobile network
• Responsible for overall service development, solution selection, service design, traffic dimensioning and the corresponding areas
• Coach and motivate engineers to development and technical improvement
• Product development for Mobile Service solutions to achieve business goals
• Provide technical support on Regularity issues and Inter-operator communications
• Negotiate Commercial and contractual terms with vendors
• Manage budget planning and implement cost control

Requirements:

• Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant disciplines
• 7 - 10 years' working experience, preferably gained in mobile network industry
• Sound knowledge in 3G/4G/5G mobile networks and IP networking
• In-depth understanding of Mobile Core Networks, IP networking, Telecom Signaling, Roaming Service, Messaging Service, and eSIM/SIM Management
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute and monitor multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
