• Work with team head to grow profitability and improve account performance of the portfolio and achieve the respective business target
• Work closely with business analysts to analyze customer portfolio and develop customer life cycle marketing campaigns for driving the active ratio and interest income from the different Customer Segments
• Championing new products and ideas by collaborating with internal and external partners in consideration of competitive factors to design and deploy new products and enhance our core products competitiveness
• Degree holder or above in Marketing or Business related discipline, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in credit card marketing and consumer loan products
• Thorough knowledge of credit card products and services
• Possess strong business and marketing sense with good project management and problem solving skills
