The applicant must possess
- a recognised degree in marketing, communication, business administration or other construction related disciplines;
- a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification relevant work experience, preferably in sizeable organisations / education institutions / government departments;
- proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and website management (knowledge in Illustrator and Photoshop would be an advantage);
- strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques;
- excellent project management and interpersonal skills;
- good time management skill and ability to work independently under pressure; and
- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Duties include
- to plan, monitor and execute career support services events and promotions, including but not limited to advertising, production of brochures, website and social media promotions, forums, exchange programmes, competitions, exhibitions, school talks, recruitment days and roadshows, etc.
- to liaise with local and mainland industry stakeholders and youth talents on participation in various career support services programmes;
- to ensure the duties are delivered on time, within budget and expectations;
- to conduct surveys, research, studies, analyses and compile report for management; and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
