Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the matching strategy of life service experts, and responsible for improving the matching efficiency of Shangda 2. From the perspective of improving Shangda matching, optimize the matching channels, labels and strategies at both ends of Shangda, and promote the construction of matching tools 3. In-depth Explore business pain points in Shangda's matching links, propose solution ideas and collaborate with relevant teams to complete verification, precipitate solutions and continue iteration 4. Build an excellent team, be responsible for team capabilities and member growth, and lead the team to complete work with high quality and efficiency .

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in content platform or trading platform strategy operation, experience in author operation and supply and demand matching Priority will be given to candidates 2.
