Is this your next challenge in Retail Industry ?

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the e-shop to ensure services meet the SLA
• Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and propose improvement plans for operational efficiency and service quality enhancement
• Monitor and coordinate with third-party warehouse and logistics partners to drive process improvements and streamline operations
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancement implementations.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating to management as necessary
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management

Do you have experience in E-commerce operations ?

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Expertise in logistics and fulfillment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
