Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Wealth Management Users Insight and matching of financial service needs, and through product design, establish the platform's in-depth service capabilities in financial needs, including exclusive investment plans and suggestions, post-investment position companionship, intelligent financial management assistants, etc.
2. Be good at understanding the service needs of users throughout the financial management cycle from the perspective of customer groups, and conduct online tracking and continuous optimization of products through data analysis and user insights
3. Understand the principles of basic stock and bond allocation, asset allocation, etc. , and can guide users to make reasonable asset allocation on the platform through product design to achieve a healthy and diversified position structure.
Qualifications
1. Have a certain understanding of customer service in the wealth management industry, working for more than 3 years, preferably with business experience in financial institutions or Internet finance
2. Excellent Excellent learning ability and cognitive iteration ability, dare to innovate, have detailed observation and grasp of user experience
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, cross-team collaboration ability, and strong achievement motivation for work.
