Two top developers in Hong Kong are looking for potential candidates for their residential and reputable shopping malls. Multiple openings with various levels, commensurate with candidate's capabilities and experiences.

Your new role will:

• Oversee all A&A/maintenance works of the malls/residential project
• Closely work with internal and external parties regarding repairs, renovations, and minor alteration and addition (A&A) projects.
• Plan, implement, and monitor large-scale maintenance works, improvement projects, and major external wall repairs
• Manage contractors, consultants and technicians to ensure the quality of performance is up to standard
• Handle tenant inquiries by providing technical advice and preparing specifications for maintenance and repair works
• Provide necessary documents and reports to relevant stakeholders

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
• 3-8 years' relevant working experience, preferably in shopping mall/residential property
• Customer service-oriented and organised
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
