Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities

Douyin Home Decoration It is a true and reliable one-stop home decoration service platform. It is building a service ecosystem centered on home furnishings, providing considerate and thoughtful services to users with decoration needs, and helping merchants embark on the path of business innovation and expansion. We are looking for designers with pioneering and innovative spirit and rich experience to join us! 1. Responsible for the full-link product design and experience of Douyin's home decoration business, including work related to merchant operations, commercial monetization apps and merchant backends 2. Based on the characteristics of home decoration business products, independently produce high-quality frameworks and components , data and other related module design specifications 3. Be able to apply professional design methods and theories, present a complete design derivation process and design plan, and establish effective design measurement standards 4. Participate in the entire project process and communicate with product and R&D teams Communicate effectively and smoothly, track online customer (user) feedback and corresponding data, and summarize information to find design opportunities and design value.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in design or psychology is preferred, experience in complex experience design of home decoration-related products is preferred 2 . Have more than 5 years of UX design experience, excellent interaction & UI capabilities, be good at analyzing scenarios and user models, and have an overall view of the product 3. Have excellent data analysis, logical thinking and business abstraction capabilities, and be able to stand on the business and product side Propose design solutions from a perspective and have mature and complete project cases 4. Have good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate and coordinate resources and projects across functions and departments 5. Have curiosity, innovation and drive Strong, diligent in thinking, proficient in design methodology, and able to empower the professional construction of the team.
