Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the delivery, operation and management of group purchase and distribution business, responsible for user experience, cost efficiency, organizational health, service team delivery results, etc. 2. Responsible for the docking operation and management of the outsourcing team 3. Responsible for building Integrate multi-party resources with SP's operation management system, coordinate the work of all parties, and ensure the overall delivery of outsourcing indicators 4. Participate in the recruitment and training of SP personnel, and through the continuous penetration of service culture, improve the cohesion between outsourcing and headquarters, and enhance Satisfaction and reduce staff turnover 5. Be responsible for user experience, discover deficiencies in products and service processes and put forward suggestions for improvement based on daily service data and user feedback, and promote products and service processes through the establishment of mechanisms and processes Waiting for continuous optimization.
Qualifications
