• We are looking for Service Engineer – with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Report to the Service Manager
• Provide post-sales service to customers major in China & minor in SE Asia
• Perform installation, testing & commissioning, user training...etc
• Communicate with customers & resolve their issues about Company equipments
• Enhance post-sales relationship with customers for maintenance service contracts
• Prepare regular service reports and other related reports
• Gather customers feedback and market intelligence
• Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, or related
• Over 2-3 years work experience in technical / engineering / service, or equivalent
• Knowledge in SMT or electronic equipment or production related machinery...or equivalent
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Business trips is required : mainly to Shenzhen, Huizhou, Dongguan & Zhongshan
• 5 days work
