Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible service provider Optimized design and implementation of the operation management mechanism, including service provider access and exit rules, star rating system, optimization of control and governance rules, etc.
2. Responsible for designing service provider incentive mechanism, through on-site research, data analysis, etc. Develop efficient incentive methods at different growth stages of service providers
3. Use data and business performance to diagnose upstream and downstream efficiency issues on the platform, proactively initiate strategic project research and implementation, and improve organizational efficiency and achieve business goals
4. Deeply explore the pain points of service providers and business teams, promote problem solving through tooling and systematization, and help improve business efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of e-commerce related work experience, service provider strategic operations, live broadcast e-commerce service provider experience is preferred
2. Good at learning Think independently, have good logical analysis skills and data sensitivity, be familiar with service provider costs and revenue structures, and be able to use data analysis to guide operations in terms of industry trends, performance evaluation, project execution, etc.
3. Good language Expression and cross-team communication skills
4. Have entrepreneurial spirit, embrace uncertainty, be proactive and passionate about work, and not afraid of challenges.
