Responsibilities
1. Based on an in-depth understanding of the service provider's working model and industry products, explore needs, form documents to promote product construction and optimization implementation 2. Responsible for the planning, implementation, promotion and operation of the service provider's product capabilities in operations, growth transition, etc., and responsible for data utilization rate and user satisfaction 3. Improve the work efficiency of the service provider's business department and promote business development by optimizing processes and providing product tools 4. To ensure the continuous and healthy cooperation between service providers and merchants on the platform, the company can combine business data and ecological health observation indicators to abstract product needs and implement them.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with related business, and have 4 years or more of product operation experience. Priority will be given to those who have experience in the operation or growth direction of the service provider platform/CRM backend/merchant side, and experience in service provider management agents/channel BD management 2. Have good product operation skills and collaborate with the product team to quickly iterate products 3. Have good communication and coordination skills and self-motivation, and be responsible for the implementation promotion and operation results 4. Willing to take the initiative to deepen the business and have good data analysis capabilities.
