Responsibilities
1. According to To meet the needs of business development, sort out and build a service upgrade public opinion team, optimize public opinion/risk upgrade standards and processes, formulate risk service design and disposal systems and service process standards, reduce the occurrence of service risks and improve upgrade service disposal capabilities, and lead the team to achieve results 2 , Fully understand financial business logic and risk policies, be responsible for risk screening and comprehensive risk identification of risk scenarios in financial services and be able to analyze and judge them and promote optimization 3. From a product perspective, improve service risk warning and identification System and intelligent operation plans, cross-team cooperation to coordinate resources, and promote the implementation of service plans.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in risk escalation service management 2. Passionate and curious about service, and Have a deep understanding of service systems and industry development 3. Have systematic thinking and business design capabilities, and have a clear understanding of service risk areas 4. Have excellent data analysis and benchmarking analysis capabilities. Able to locate and analyze problems and make business judgments 5. Have strong team management capabilities and be able to lead and train the team to obtain corresponding results through systematic design.
