Job Description - Shift - Customer Service Specialist

Geek+ is an advanced robotics technology company specialized in smart logistic solutions. What you have to do

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and technical support requests via various channels and platforms, ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps, providing clear and concise instructions to help them resolve technical difficulties
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical support or the appropriate internal teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their technical issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and provide additional assistance if required
  • Attend regular team meetings to update task status, share special cases, provide initiatives, and proactively offer comments to improve customer services

What you need to have

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role, with a strong emphasis on providing technical assistance
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of logistics or warehouse operations is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, patience with a customer-centric mindset to understand customer concerns
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
  • Native in Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin
  • Shift Patterns: A (07:00-16:00), B (15:00-24:00), and C (23:00-08:00) - Shift allowance will be provided for employees supporting the C shift. Shift arrangement can be discussed during the interview
