Responsibilities

1 , Be responsible for the growth of top short video experts, deeply capture the pain points of top experts, plan the growth path of experts and implement it independently, achieve the improvement of GMV output and scale of top short video experts, and create a benchmark for regional short video experts. Precipitate corresponding methodologies 2. Operate life service creators, be able to locate operational stuck points and output targeted optimization strategies through data analysis and user research, establish and implement an effective talent growth mechanism, and provide creators with scale and GMV delivery Responsible 3. Be aware of the operation process of the master community, and promote the growth of authors and the construction of community atmosphere by building community operation rules 4. Integrate resources from all parties, independently plan and formulate seasonal activities, and achieve target delivery and recovery 5. Work closely with the collaboration team and be able to communicate and promote various cooperation nodes as the owner.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of Internet operation experience, experience in life services related industries, MCN organization or People operation experience is preferred 2. Excellent language communication skills, negotiation skills, adaptability, organization and coordination skills, ability to cooperate with different team roles, understand market and industry trends, coordinate resources of all parties to achieve goals, and form a strategy formulation and operation mechanism 3.
