Short Video Talent Operations Manager

Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the growth and retention indicators of local life service creators on the short video platform, improve author activity through personalized operations, channel cooperation, supply matching, community operations and other means, and be responsible for the overall effect 2. Based on current situation Some reach systems develop effective author operation strategies to increase the scale of influencers, balance supply and demand, optimize content ecology, and promote the conversion of videos to business details pages 3. Plan and implement activities to create short video benchmarks to enhance awareness within the circle. Accelerate the growth health and content capabilities of creators 4. Continue to explore the growth points of author incubation, conduct regular surveys, review and integrate industry resources, complete data analysis and strategy iteration 5. Work closely with the collaborative team to promote the smooth implementation of team projects.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of Internet operation work experience, local life creator resources and work experience are preferred 2. Familiar with user life cycle methodology, user portrait, hierarchical methodology, and have good interest and understanding of community/content products 3. Have independent thinking and strategic capabilities, strong execution capabilities, and data analysis capabilities. Driven by results orientation 4. Excellent language communication skills, negotiation skills, adaptability, organization and coordination skills 5. Good professional habits, professionalism and work responsibility, and strong self-management awareness.
