Job Description - Solution Architect

Job duties:

  • Design contact center solutions around CCaaS tool in complex environments with integrations to CRM and other legacy systems etc.
  • Work with enterprise and network architects to design low level architecture diagram for contact center.
  • Resolve integration and interface issues between various applications or systems with focus on optimizing software performance and scalability.
  • Interact with and propose best technical option suitable for the long-term solution.company technical stakeholders
  • Understand company technical stakeholders ask, create estimates, and plan technical execution by understanding technical dependencies.
  • Work with development leads and address core issues related to performance, security, scalability etc.
  • Contribute to architectural project plans, to obtain approval for detailed plans and resource estimates.
  • Report to and working with program manager or project manager for delivery of enterprise contact center solutions.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Electronic Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 8 years work experience in leading CCaaS platform such as Huawei, Genesys, AWS Connect, Avaya or Cisco. 5+ years of extensive hands-on experience on integrating telephony/IVR systems with CRM like Salesforce.
    Must have knowledge of key cloud platforms such as AWS, MS Azure or GCP.
  • Proficient in telephony protocols and architecture.
  • Hands on experience on designing and implementing best practices related to Voicebot, IVR and LLM.
  • Experience in integrations of custom AI engines with CCaaS tools.
  • Experience in Quality Management and Workforce Management.
  • Through understanding of WFM and its interactions with core CCaaS platform.
  • Through understanding of leading AI tools.
  • Knowledge of leading CRM like Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Scrum is preferable.
  • Experience in voice recorders (e.g. NICE, Verint)
  • Experience in PABX/CTI platforms (e.g., Avaya, Alcatel Lucent).
  • Experience in Digital platforms (e.g. Genesys Engage)
  • Experience in WFM systems (e.g. IEX, ASPECT)
  • Experience in CPaaS and SBC
  • Self-motivated, innovative thinking, detailed-oriented, good problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, creative, analytical mind, get things done attitude, problem solving and good communication skills.
