Solution Consultant

Canon, one of the world's leading manufacturers of copiers, fax, printers and cameras seeks to recruit resourceful, pro-active and mature individuals to support our rapid growth of business.

Responsibilities:

• Support direct sales force on enterprise solution
• Provide consultative service and technical advice to our business clients 
• Gather customer requirements and prepare solution proposals
• Provide solution design, demonstration, POC, evaluation and documentation
• Communicate between users and development team, liaise with the team on resource allocation
• Keep track on project status and provide professional recommendations
• Provide roll-out and post-implementation support
• Explore new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for order processing and logistic arrangement

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• 1-2 years relevant working experiences, particular experience in IT Consulting, Pre-sales or related industry will be an advantage
• Interested in Print Management / Document Solution / Business Process Automation
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Independent and self-motivated
• Good team player with strong communication and analytical skills
• Candidate with less experience are also welcome , while candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Solution Consultant
