Solution Specialist, Communication Services

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective digital sales strategies. The Digital Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

About Your Role:

• Provide consultant role subject matter expertise in pursuit of identified revenue opportunities and sales support to sales teams throughout all stages of the sales cycle for Visual Communication Solutions, Multimedia Solutions & Video Surveillance Solutions.
• Design, develop and present to customers about technical system solutions and associated sales proposals.
• Provide frontline consulting expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations and system installations.
• Responsible for helping to achieve and exceed team targets across multiple solution areas.
• Develop and maintenance up-to-date product-specific sales kit and related information across multiple solution areas
• Execute ongoing customer consultant support and system enhancement recommendation
• Participate in Vertical Market technical solution development with Marketing Team to provide the input concerning of customer needs, market information and competitive insight

Does it sound like you?

• University Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline
• Professional accreditations holders preferred (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, Polycom, Logitech etc)
• At least 3 years solid working experience in consultancy and solution design in Multimedia / Audiovisual / Surveillance industry
• Strong self-motivation, analytical and organization skills
• Knowledge and experience of various vendor’s technologies including Microsoft teams, Condeco and Proxyclick
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese with Mandarin being a definite advantage
