Sourcing Manager-Logistics & Services

Responsibilities

1 . Responsible for the sourcing and procurement of supply chain service categories in non-China regions, including but not limited to logistics warehousing, asset disposal, technical services, etc. 2. Responsible for formulating procurement plans, including not limited to tracking the supply market dynamics of relevant categories, and grasping industry trends and resource changes , price level, etc. 3. Cooperate with the operations team to conduct service demand assessment and provide service solutions through sourcing and procurement activities 4. Responsible for organizing the bidding (RFX) work to ensure that the bidding results are reasonable and compliant 5. End-to-end supply Business management, including but not limited to: resource pool management, contract management, risk management, etc. 6. Responsible for cost assessment and budget management of designated categories, including price assessment and negotiation, budget planning and execution follow-up, payment review, etc. 7. Other business responsibilities such as hosting regular business meetings, performance reviews, dispute negotiation, supplier audits, etc.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Understand the global logistics service resource market and be able to use English as a working language proficiently 3. 5 Years or more of experience in logistics or professional service category procurement, supplier management or supply chain management (acceptance in data center-related business experience is preferred) 4. Have solid business work experience, be familiar with service contract types and terms, and have certain financial and tax knowledge Knowledge 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and independent problem-solving abilities 6. Honest and upright, strong sense of responsibility, passionate, excellent professional qualities, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
