About the Position
1) Drive brand strategy development
. Develop brand strategy by analyzing market dynamics, leveraging market research output, collecting feedbacks from KOLs and closely working with cross-functional colleagues
. Further dig out brand growth opportunities in the new market dynamics
. Fully align brand strategy to fit NN portfolio strategy
2) Drive Ryzodeg® POA development and Execution, leveraging on-line and off-line platform
. Further increase Brand SoV
. Strengthen KOL advocacy
. Further develop clinical experience sharing platforms
. Work with Medical/Sales training/Sales team to increase internal learning and sharing, strengthen sales rep brand promotion capability
3) Support and Drive superior access
. Support Hospital Listing
. Support and drive NEDL access
4) Support and Drive brand supply
. Work with cross-functions to follow up on brand supply
. Work with RA and STJ on DTT local process
. Support sales on brand supply related
