Star Chart Customer Operations

Responsibilities

1. Familiar with the content marketing characteristics of the health/consumer goods/automotive industry on different platforms, formulate Star Chart's industry operation strategy, and be responsible for the growth of the industry's investment scale 2. In-depth understanding of marketing business scenarios, with content disassembly and planning capabilities, build content marketing methodologies for different marketing scenarios from the dimensions of influencers, content, IP creativity, etc., to help customers improve the marketing effect of influencer content 3. Be familiar with platform products, formulate product strategies for different categories and customer groups, and collaborate with the product team to continuously optimize the customer's delivery effect and efficiency 4. Analyze and integrate business data and strategies, enhance industry influence through internal and external resources, and continuously increase business market share.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 4 years of content marketing related experience 2. Be passionate about multi-dimensional content marketing and have creative planning capabilities 3. Be daring, have innovative thinking and ownership awareness, focus on the overall situation and pay attention to details, and can independently undertake the promotion of multiple projects 4. Be good at coordinating resources, have good communication skills and teamwork skills 5. Those with advertising integrated marketing and industry experience are preferred.
