Superintendent, Utilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist in carrying out operation, maintenance of vehicles, electrical and/or mechanical equipment and facilities
• Supervise maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and facilities for compliance with legal requirements
• Assist in preparing tender documents for maintenance, refurbishment works contracts
• Assist in planning and controlling maintenance and refurbishment budgets
• Collate, trend, analyze and review operation and maintenance records for improvements
• Provide technical solution and adviceon technical matters related to maintenance and procurement works
• Perform shift duties including overnight shift as needed

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 8 years relevant working experience in supervision of electrical & mechanical maintenance and/or construction works. Degree holder with 4 years relevant working experience will also be considered
• Candidate without the above specified academic qualification but have 12 years relevant working experience will also be considered
• Solid experience in airport works or maintenance of large scale electrical and/or mechanical equipment and facilities under a live operating environment is an advantage
• Proactive, service oriented and be able to work independently
• Team player with good communication, interpersonal and organizing skills
• Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
