System Analyst C# .NET

Responsibility :

• To lead the entire cycle of the software development and maintenance project
• Analyse business requirements and specify functional requirements
• Develop project plan and schedule, manage the cost and quality of works
• Prepare documents for one of the most reputable transport corporations in HK
• Manage a team ( on-shore & off-shore ) to provide daily system support service for the end-user customer 
• Provide technical advice & consultancy services to clients
• Conduct and coordinate SIT, UAT and regression tests for the on-going system upgrades 
• Configuration management, software promotion and release to various system environments 

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related is preferred 
• At least 6 years of IT systems development, maintenance and support working experience 
• At least 3 years of experience in a management role. 
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. 
• Hands-on experience in software development using programming languages such as .Net, Java, Python, or JavaScript. 
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications is a plus 
• Knowledge in Sharepoint, Xamarin, Power BI, RPA, React Native, and Nintex is a plus 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua 
• Holder of PMP and ITIL will be an advantage
