• Analyze and evaluate user requirements by coordinating with the user to define the problem, system availability, interface / report requirement and system design problem
• Responsibility for application builds, and ensuring that all required elements is documented and passed on to those responsible for the implementation of new releases.
• Monitor the system healthiness and carry out performance tuning, setup corresponding environments such as SIT, UAT and production
• Perform system design and analysis, system development and implementation
• Work closely with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Provide end-user support services and prepare system documentation

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• 7 years experience in application development or system support
• 5 years experience in the capacity of System Analyst
• Experience in application development using .NET (with web services / APIs), Java, MS SQL Server, Oracle DB and Websphere / J-Boss is an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
