Job Description - TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

As a Technical Account Manager in the client-facing team, you will be responsible for analyzing and delivering upgrades, new services, and other projects to our clients in Asia. You will work closely with multiple customers' Trading Platforms, serving as their main point of contact. With the support of a skilled technical team, your role will be to ensure that all tasks are clearly defined and executed within the designated timelines.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the analysis and thorough understanding of customer requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives

Closely manage the scope of work and delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and customer expectations

Understand the impact of the work on customers' businesses and manage dependencies to create a coherent delivery plan

Collaborate with technical managers and teams to ensure smooth project delivery, facilitating effective communication and coordination

Prioritize work tasks to meet aggressive timelines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance) or equivalent practical experience

Experience in the equity or derivatives trading industry, particularly in front-and-middle office operations, is highly advantageous

Previous experience in a customer-facing role and influencing customers at a senior level

Analytical background with the ability to take requirements from inception to successful delivery

Solid experience in managing and delivering technical projects, demonstrating proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

Results-oriented approach, with a track record of managing and delivering technical projects to achieve desired outcomes

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster productive working relationships both internally and with clients

Ability to communicate fluently and write in exceptional English, demonstrating outstanding verbal and written communication skills
