Responsibilities

• Carry out daily property management service and building operation
• Provide on-site technical support to property management
• Prepare RFQ documents, analysis reports for R&M works, renovation and/or project works
• Co-ordinate with various parties for building operation and project works
• Monitor and follow-up of contractors’ work and performance
• Follow up project works
• To attend handover/takeover inspection of new development
• To prepare of defects report after handover/takeover inspection
• Procurement and contract management
• Provide duties in other locations as required
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services / Facility Management or related disciplines
• Holder of registered electrical worker grade A or above
• At least 5 years relevant experience in property management, building services maintenance or related field preferably in non-domestic properties
• Solid experience on handover / takeover of new development would be an advantage 
• Possesses technical knowledge
• Good interpersonal and project coordination skill
• Able to work independently and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
