Job Duties:-

• To attend to telephone complaints received at the DSD Hotline/ referral from 1823, and input accurate details in the Drainage Maintenance Management Information System (DRAMIS) for subsequent follow-up actions by DLF, ESDO duty staff and/or CenM and contractor gangs, and;
• To receive diverted emails from Public Relation Unit beyond office hours, and input drainage related complaint details in the DRAMIS for subsequent follow-up actions.

Requirements:-

• 5 subjects, including Chinese Language and English language at Grade E/ Level 2 or above in HKCEE/HKDSEE or equivalent;
• Speak fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Be proficient in PC application, including Chinese typing skill (10 words per minute); and
• Experience in customer service.
