Temporary Customer Service Ambassador

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers as they enter the center
• Assisting and supporting walk-in customers in using the Self-service Kiosk
• Working with Center Manager to determine the best means to keep the customer informed and engaged

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Services
• Good communication skills
• Required to wear Customer Service Centre uniform
• Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am – 1pm (Sat)
