Roles & Responsibilities
1 .Responsible for the development and management of Tencent advertising regional market agents
2. Explore business growth opportunities through insights into the East China Internet advertising market
3. Carry out scientific and reasonable channel layout planning based on the characteristics of the regional market , standardize the competition order and stabilize the price system
4. Set business goals for service providers on a quarterly basis and follow up on the achievement of goals participate in the systematic management and optimization process of agents to improve the business capabilities of the service provider team
5 .Cooperate with the market, industry, operations and product teams to ensure the regional implementation of the department's projects.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Familiar with the Internet advertising market environment, possessing industry insight and analysis capabilities, and rich regional customer and agent resources < br/>3. Applicants with three or more years of channel experience in media advertising companies or experience in sales management in the Internet advertising industry are preferred
4. Strong ability to withstand pressure, have a wolfish nature, good sense of teamwork and excellent Communication and coordination skills
5. Active thinking, integrity, dedicated and responsible work.
