Job Description - Tooling Design and Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of non-standard automation equipment solutions: Design according to customer requirements such as equipment function, UPH, accuracy, and operation
2. Complete the design of the general assembly drawing and component drawings of mechanical automation equipment
3. Responsible for the 2D/3D design of non-standard automation equipment structures, and design, issue, and archive the parts drawings and assembly drawings based on the 3D digital model
4. Complete assembly and debugging with technicians, and deal with design problems during debugging. Summarize the experience of automation equipment research and development, continuously improve equipment performance, and make design modifications and improvements according to the requirements of customers or other departments of the company to improve equipment production efficiency
5. Solve customer technical problems and meet customer needs.

Job requirements:
1. Familiar with post-injection molding process and parts assembly related processes, mainly for European and American customers' structural parts business
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, electrical, automation
3. Strong communication skills, strong stress resistance, good stability
4. Proficient in design and programming and other drawing software.
