Job duties:
- Support to design, organize and deliver in-house training and development programs for our frontline staff, such as communication skill, customer services etc.;
- Implement and conduct on-site training and field coaching for our frontline staff ;
- Update and manage training contents and materials to ensure effectiveness and alignment with operations objectives;
- Support to organize Training need analysis
- Prepare regular reports on training activities and evaluate effectiveness and service performance of frontline staff after training
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements: - At least 2 years’ solid training experience in delivery of sales and customer services training and coaching for frontline staff;
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or Health related disciplines are preferable;
- Good in planning, organizing and designing training programs;
- Good facilitation, presentation skill & communication skills;
- Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, hardworking & detail-minded;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing.
Candidates with lesser experiences would be considered as Assistant Training Officer.
