Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the user growth operation of the C-end of life services. The growth means include but are not limited to diversified joint growth strategies such as subsidies, delivery, and reach 2. Build and continuously optimize the user subsidy system of Douyin life services (coupon subsidies/goods subsidies, etc.), and link industries/merchants to reduce costs and improve efficiency 3. Have a strong sense of goods, and be able to explore suitable goods and rights for different channels and different types of users to promote user growth 4. Based on growth goals such as attracting new customers, recalling customers, and increasing frequency, formulate marketing subsidy strategies, analyze and optimize budget allocation and return on investment, and evaluate the efficiency of fund use.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with 3 years or more of experience in Internet product operation, good at user operation, crowd category operation, event operation, scenario operation and other operation methods 2. Have strong cross-team and cross-departmental resource integration and execution ability, communication and coordination ability, good at integrating resources and efficient implementation 3. Excellent data analysis ability, sensitive to data, able to find problems from data and solve problems 4. Have excellent target splitting and certain pressure resistance, and can maintain efficient execution and work rhythm.
