Role Purpose
The key responsibilities of the Investment Manager role are making effective recommendations on existing investments, recommending new companies to invest in, and supporting and challenging the recommendations of others in the team. In addition to this, other responsibilities include client-related work, mentoring junior colleagues, collaborating with other departments in the firm and certain other strategic projects.
This opportunity is for people with experience of analysing companies, professionally, for several years.
Applicants will be able to demonstrate the results of successful analysis using their qualitative and quantitative skills. They will have an enquiring mind and be able to effectively balance realism and optimism, conviction and humility to form and communicate considered recommendations.
We believe our investment team is greater than the sum of its parts so a proactive approach to collaborative work is essential.

Skills & Experience
Academic/Professional Qualifications (or equivalent)
Investment Management Certificate (IMC) preferred, or completed within 12 months of joining .
