Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing detailed procedure on regulated selling activities and setting up risk control mechanism to assure wealth sales compliance
• Provide procedural and advisory support to branch staff on regulated selling activities and control issue
• Manage and lead sales compliance related enhancement and digital revamp projects among relevant stakeholders including product owner, channel owner, operation support unit
• Act as the focal point of the department in the identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of operational risk related to branch and department in accordance with the laid down policies, guidelines and tools
• Keep abreast of the market practice related to risk management and compliance on regulated selling activities

Requirements

• University graduate in Business, Legal, Finance or related discipline
• Preferable with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking and/or investment products/services, compliance, risk management or related field
• Good understanding of sales compliance regulatory requirements and risk management
• Sound knowledge of the Bank’s product and services
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and highly independent
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
