The Role Responsibilities

Processes

• Perform daily settlement activities in Hong Kong market.
• Input settlement instruction into CCASS and monitor the trade settlement during the lifecycle.
• FX booking as per client standing instruction.
• Handle the physical certificate deposit and withdrawal
• Liaise with internal or external counterparty relating to trade settlement issue.
• Handle daily stock and cash reconciliation and ensure discrepancy is rectified.
• Fail trade reporting to customer
• Generate MIS report
• To liaise with offshore Operations Hub in daily settlement
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Our Ideal Candidate

• Education: Degree or above
• Languages: English and Chinese
