Today, K-12 education is at the heart of CTFEG’s vision and mission, serving students, parents and educators through kindergarten, primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong and partner schools in Mainland China. Our school networks include Victoria Educational Organisation, Victoria Playpark, DSC International School and ARCH Education.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Work closely with internal stakeholders in preparation of annual budget and quarterly reforecast;
• Formulate excel spreadsheets and assisting in consolidating, reconciling and validating financial information from multiple sources to prepare monthly Budget vs Actual departmental P&L;
• Pursue continuous improvement in management reporting and process improvement;
• Support AP Functions; and
• Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Assistant Financial Analyst) as assigned by Finance Manager from time to time.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
• At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in commercial; education-related experience will be an advantage;
• Have a student membership of the HKICPA or equivalent;
• Proactive Self-Starter with a positive 'can-do' attitude;
• Strong sense of responsibility;
• Eager and willing to learn;
• Be well-versed with MS Excel and PowerPoint; and
• Have good communication, people management and interpersonal skills.
