Building Services Engineer / Building Services Coordinator

Responsible for coordination with consultants, sub-contractors and architects on M&E issues

Qualifications/Educational Requirements, Skills & Experience :  

• Degree/ High Diploma holder in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in main contractor is required.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant BS Coordinator.
• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project & BIM model.
• Well-organized, team spirit able and to meet all deadlines.
• Mature and possess good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Responsible for coordination with consultants, sub-contractors and architects on M&E issues
• Responsible for the inspection of building services installation, monitoring and ensuring that all works strictly comply with the work schedule, procedure, quality control and contract requirement
• Inspect and monitor the progress of Testing & Commissioning of BS installation
• Coordinate with the internal project team in the daily supervision of site works
• To prepare combined services drawings (CSD) and combined builder's work drawing (CBWD)
• To liaise with Utility Companies, Authorities and other Government Departments and to coordinate utility works progress.
