Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the drafting, review and formulation of business contract documents
2. Establish and improve the business legal risk control process and system
3. Conduct legal risk assessment and management according to business needs and purposes, and put forward feasible suggestions
4. Responsible for the analysis and processing of various business-related complaints and legal letters, and prevent legal risks
5. Track and study the Internet industry, social hot spots, policy and legal trends, identify compliance risks, carry out compliance advocacy, and promote business compliance operations.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in law or above, passed the National Judicial Examination
2. Three years or more of legal work experience
3. Strong business negotiation, legal document review, comprehensive legal management and project management capabilities
4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong execution and stress resistance
5. Flexible thinking and ideas, passion for work, innovative consciousness and exploratory spirit
6. Candidates with work experience in the Internet, advertising, public welfare, education and other industries or large law firms are preferred.
