We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Human Resources Office :
Director of Human Resources (Ref.: 2400172)
The Position
The University is looking for a person of high caliber with strong and up-to-date knowledge and experience in human resources management to lead the Human Resources Office. The appointee is expected to participate in the administration of the University and provide professional advice and support to Senior Management and the Council on the overall human resources direction, strategies, development and implementation to help the University fulfil its vision, mission, core values and strategic objectives.
Reporting to the President via the Vice President (Resources and Development), the appointee will be responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources Office in overseeing and managing a wide range of human resources functions, such as talent acquisition and development, reward and engagement, as well as manpower planning and systems. He/she is also required to ensure the provision of satisfactory one-stop HR services to client Schools / Offices.
