工作職責
Engaging with potential leads through phone calls, video calls, and email to initiate sales consultations and build a rapport. Conducting sales consultations and academic assessments for client Effectively presenting, promoting, and pitching company products to prospective customers, following the company's established sales process. Cultivating and nurturing positive and professional customer interactions and relationships, fostering long-term connections. Proactively reaching out to existing clients, keeping them informed about new developments within Company’s offerings and identifying upselling opportunities. Promptly addressing customer problems and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction and swift resolution. Job Requirements: At least 3+ years of experience in sale industry with stable track record Fluent in written and verbal English is a must. Dynamic, passionate, self-confident with innovative thinking and pleasant personality to work with the team Strong communication skills, analytical & problem-solving skills
