Job Description

To provide expert consultancy services in relation to UK Education:

• Meet and communicate with parents and students on a daily basis to address their needs
• Communicate and meet with UK school and college representatives to follow up on students' application
• Visit UK schools, colleges and universities to gain insight, updates, and information from educational institutions in order to provide better service to our parents and students

Preferred Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are committed and passionate about helping families and young people to achieve their goal of studying in the UK education:

• A degree in any discipline together with 2-3 years’ customer service experience
• Experience of studying in the UK and graduates from UK boarding school/university is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated, enthusiasm and confidence in meeting people
• Patience, efficiency and a strong sense of responsibility
• Determination and desire to become a professional educational consultant
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Immediate available is preferred
