The client is a large global bank.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to sanctions within the organization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest sanctions regulations, laws, and industry best practices.
Conduct thorough research and analysis on sanctions-related topics and provide recommendations to management.
Develop and implement effective sanctions compliance programs and policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with sanctions requirements.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any sanctions-related issues or gaps in compliance.
Provide training and education to employees on sanctions regulations and compliance.
Act as a subject matter expert in discussions with external stakeholders, such as regulators or auditors.
Monitor and assess changes in sanctions laws and regulations and recommend necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanctions, possess a university degree, and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
